Weekly Photo Challenge: My 2012 in Pictures

They loved me, I loved them back. 2012, You have been great and I won’t ever forget you, I know 2013 will be happier and more inspiring than ever.

At exactly 10 hours from now, 2012 will officially close. I just want to thank God for the blessings. Countless, countless, countless… from family, friends, relatives, love lost, love found and all in between. My heart is full of joy as I leave all my worries behind. I have gained enough wisdom to move on and enjoy my 28th year here on earth. Again to all the people around me who said I am inspiring as ever, I am delighted! Really, I feel like I am a star now. Do not worry, will make sure to inspire people and help in every possible way I can. The adrenaline rush of joy will stay with me each day. Life has never been this great and I have never been more positive. To all those who were there for me during my ‘downward emotional’ state, I appreciate it. Now, I am so much better. Self forgiven and self driven.

I ♥ you all. I mean it!

For a moment I do not know what to write, all I know is we will miss you badly, we are missing you badly and you haven’t left the country yet. My mind is telling me to just simply make a video to let my feelings out but I can’t speak. One word and I’ll start crying. I want to hug you for a long time earlier but it will make things worse, tears rolled down my cheeks after we said I love you and take care. I questioned “Why of all people, you are the one who needs to leave?”, then again, I know you wanted it badly and you have waited for this for the longest time.

I will miss you and our stories over coffee

I will miss you and our super-duper wacky faces

I will miss you and our colorful outfits

I will miss you and our bending moments

I will miss you TWIN SISTER!

To the Girl on Fire, remember to keep ’em burning. You have to sing If I Ain’t Got You on my wedding day. Promise to take care of the girls, we are just a skype, sms, tweet and an IG away. Love you forever!

Once upon a NINE #NueveD

Looks like a girl but she’s a flame
So bright she can burn your eyes
Better look the other way
You can try but you’ll never forget her name
She’s on top of the world
Hottest of the hottest girls say

Oh, we got our feet on the ground
And we’re burning it down
Oh, got our head in the clouds
And we’re not coming down

To my dearest girls, I can’t believe it has been 9 years and we are still counting! I am forever thankful that you have been a great part of my life. No matter how many times we get our heartbroken by an unknown force of nature, we will always have each other.

You’ll all be in my heart. ♥

It’s always a good time!

To 3 Single Ladies and 1 Taken,

Thank you for making this event possible, lol. I thought we won’t be able to push through with this gimik since Jhong woke up late! A few revelations may hurt us, but we will always stay strong for each other. It’s Monday and I don’t want to stress you out with some drama, will just make a separate entry on how sad I am since one of us will be leaving soon. 😦

I love you girls forever and you know that!

Love, the 4th Single Lady ♥

Just to change our usual habit of Sundays, we decided to hit the nearest mall SM Taytay.

For the hungry stomachs, nothing will ever beat MAX’s!

Sugar rush 🙂

And out of the blue, since we needed to have a gas refill, we opted for a short road trip to Tiendesitas.

After a few minutes of walking, it’s time to have a coffee break. Thank you girls for the sticker, a few more to go then I’ll have my 2013 planner.

I can be the coolest and “makulit” stranger you’ll ever meet.

Vigan inspired pictorial!

Spell crazy? That would be US.

Spread the love, will be missing you a lot Jhong.

What now? Haha!

My usual weekends with #NueveD

Saturdays and Sundays are my favorite part of the week, simply because there’s no work and I get to spend time with my family and close friends. Last Saturday, though I was tired to death from singing the fun didn’t end there.

As you know, I have 8 close girl friends, they are actually my high school friends and up to now, we are still together (though technically, the other one is currently living and working at Saudi Arabia). Our house falls in the middle of all houses, so I guess that is one reason why we always stay here at our place. Since they have been a normal part of my daily life since high school, they can come and go as they please, these girls know where to go and they are welcome 24/7.

Normally, we would talk about everything and anything under the sun. We love to eat together while chatting non-stop. I thank GOD for these wonderful friends whom I consider sisters for life.

They arrived while I was sleeping, they bought food so I left them in the dirty kitchen . Look how busy they are!

Cooking has never been this fun right?

Three girls busy with food preparations, one girl busy texting, one girl busy chatting.

We can’t find the can opener, so the meat loaf turned into this. Not so presentable looking right?

Ron, Sheera, Bham, Ghel, Mafel, Jhong and Jambi 🙂

TADA!!! FOOD!

Chicken mami ala king by Jambi… with orange toppings!

Our own version of “Pandesal Crust with sliced Maling and Egg in the middle”. Tastes great actually!

Thanks Jhong for your perfect “Home made Iced Coffee”. Finally after the third attempt, there are not more coffee bits left! *peace*

Sending our kisses to Belah, our dear friend in Saudi Arabia. We miss your Angelina Jolie pout!

I guess this is a vision of a drunken person, haha!

I was laughing all the time because of the things they were saying. I couldn’t help it!

Marco is serious and Jhong is… checking her phone?

The drunken laughter echoes through the night.
